It is so sad that she came that way. The pictures you showed us before...she looked clean and happy. I don't think it will take much time for her to feel loved, secure and comfy in your home. I don't know much about how to improve the coat, but I'm sure others will. Maybe her adult coat will come in thicker?
That is unbelievable that anyone would ship a pup that hasn't had a bath and looking spiffy. I can imagine how surprised you were at that, but just give her lots of love, food and kisses and she'll be trusting and loving you in no time! Maddie sends kisses to Candi and Mia!!!
