I will tell you that Toby is was around 4-5 pds when he was wearing these Pj's. The length is about 9-10 inches on all 3 Pj's, (they are all tee shirt cotton except the Blue Kitty Kitty which is fleece) so they might be a little bit big for him. How old is Frankie? You never know he might grow right into them, but I think the sweaters might be a little big on him.
