I wouldn't want her yelping...if she is coming back for more, maybe it is her coming back for revenge and not more play??
I dunno. I have issues with my hubby ruff housing with maggie because i don't want to encourage her to have an attitude and feel like any time someone is playing with her that she can get snippy and stuff. I have seen many yorkies (and other small breeds) that are very moody. and I don't want maggie like that if it is at all possible to avoid it. I would say that if you don't mind him playing with her, just tell him to make sure he goes a little easier. i couldn't stand to hear maggie yelp...i would get so angry.
