For some reason other manufacturers just dont always care to do d-ring and also lots of people dress up dogs keeping them inside the house. My girls just go out in my fenced in back yard so chloe wears dresses all the time and doesnt need a d-ring. When we do actually leave the house and we need to walk chloe I use a step-in harness or some cute leather harness she has with the personalized charms on them.
BUt if you want dressses or coats with D-rings just look at my own personal collection, I can add a d-ring to anything I make and the option is available on the website. I also do carry quite a few deisgner coats and dresses with d-rings on them. Sorry that the 3 listed above just happen to be without d-rings
