Most health guarantees don't cover contagious/infectious things like that
BUT they usually stipulate that the puppy is guaranteed healthy when it is delivered. This was not the case here. On day 2 -- it tested positive for coccida -- so it obviously came with that and then it tested positive for parvo before she had it the length of incubation -- so that too came with the puppy. If a new puppy or all $$ is not returned, I would certainly not do business with them again and in many states there would be legal recourse. In Florida the puppies must be free from contagious or infectious disease for 14 days and free from congenital defects for 1 year. Vet bills (up to purchase price) and refund or replacement is also covered.
