Only joined yesterday & this is puzzling me a bit, wondered if someone could help please?

The little pictures next to your posts are gorgeous & I would like to put one of my little one. I think I've sort of found the right place, but if so it says the picture should be 75x75, is that right? Looking at all the photos stored on my computer they all seem to be 101+, so I'm not sure where I should go from here, can anybody advise me please?

I'm sure it must tell you somewhere on this vast site, but I haven't found it yet.
