I bought Ginger (in the photo) 17 Dec and she also does this. Especially at night was the worse. She is 11 weeks now and did not do this before her shots. I need to check to ensure she received the KC vaccine.
Anyways, I took her to the VET last Thurs and she gave her antibiotics and cough pills. I only heard her a few times Monday. However since the weather is crazy here I quit taking her out to GO now and she is finding the piddle pads regularly. She is sooo smart, I was really panicking before the Vet.
There is another thread about this and I see we are not the only ones with a Yorkie coughing. My 13 yr old female I cannot remember her doing this unless she swallows a hard piece of kibble etc.... |
