The exact thing happened to my little guy -- a little later, around four to five months. He had adorable puppy breath and suddenly -- garbage can! When he went in for neutering, the vet discovered that he had two rows of teeth, like a little shark, and some of the baby teeth had begun to decay. His baby teeth did not fall out properly. They extracted seven teeth during his neutering operation. The great thing is he got his adorable puppy breath back and has kept it (he's now almost a year old).
