My year-old (on Jan. 11!) boy does the same thing. I'll take him out of the crate in the morning and his blanket will be slightly damp -- no pee-pee to be found. I'm glad to hear someone else has experienced this -- I thought I was imagining things at first when I'd touch his damp bedclothes but I couldn't see or smell urine. He's been doing this since he was a little guy of three months and he's fine -- I just think he's super-snuggly in his crate and gets all warm and cozy! I don't think it's anything to worry about. I will add that I cover his crate with a pillow case, as this causes him to be quiet right away (kind of like a bird), it may be lack of ventilation also (though I do leave one end uncovered for air ciculation).
