Sorry for the overload of posts!

I recently got Zoe groomed and he came back super clean including ears and Iwas wondering if it is normal for ear build up? It does not smell extremely bad but when I stick my nose in his ear, it smells. You can't smell it easily. I also looked into his ear and there's a bit of build up inside and I try to clean it with dry Q-tips. Just wondering if this was normal?

oh yea - no scratching the ear.
