Well I talked to my vet and they told me about titer testing and all and they agreed to do that on my next dog so if it were PARVO that had killed the first one it would be able to survive in the environment even though I have cleaned it a million times with bleach and A-33. Well the first problem I had was that they had just told me they had another pup for me but I didnt get to choose or anything, I have asked for a pic three times now and still no response. I am starting to get worried that maybe they DONT have a pup for me or maybe they will get one from someone else for really cheap and still make money off of me.....What should I do....Should I just ask for a full refund????? I need some advice. |
Wow..I'm sorry this happen to you,
Did you get a contract and what does it state??
Money back or replacement ?
Save all your Vet bills, Vets findings, Phone bills and E-mails.
Have you send her a cert. letter from your Vet stating the reason why the pup died??
If she does not have a replacement pup now.
You might ask her if she would just refund your money so you can find one somewhere else.
But,
If the contract states replacement only..you may have to wait until the next available pup is ready.
