I had my 10 lb.Toto neutered when he was 6 months old. He has never marked or humped. If fact, he has just learned to lift his leg instead of squating. The funny thing was, he would go to a post or tree or whatever and then lift the opposite leg. He was really confused. I can't see any difference in his attitude or the way that he acts other than I don't have to worry about unwanted behavior around my female toy poodle (she has been spayed).
