I have trouble with eating too many nuts - I just LOVE them!!!
I keep no fat chips - Lays, I think - I like the sour cream and cheese and the BBQ. I also keep Quakes - I like the new kettle corn flavor and the cheddar cheese flavor. I eat the 100 cal packs of kettle corn. I get really hungry for salty snacks, as you can tell.
I've been on Weight Watchers too, for the past couple of months. I lost 35 lbs on WW about 5 years ago, then I gained back about 20 after my husband got sick and I just didn't handle the stress very well.
I've lost 16 lbs this time and have about 6 to go.
