No they weren't, we live on the North East coast and they are still a bl***y nuisance, swooping at you when you are walking along the road or out in the garden, Ian carries a walking stick with him when he is walking the dogs, Noah wouldn't stand a chance against one of those brutes. the worse thing is if they nest on your roof you can't move them because they are protected, most people say they are vermin, i agree with the latter and so does Ian's stick.
