anywhere in my post! Obsessing over what? Of course there is nothing wrong in wanting any size dog. Why are posts always changed somewhere down the thread to read the opposite of what it started out to be? Sorry that this is going in the wrong place because it was not my intention. I guess I read differently than others. Let this thread die before it gets out of hand.

I apologize for misrepresenting your original post but I had just finished reading another "don't get a tiny yorkie" post and that word must have been stuck in my mind. I think these kinds of things are always controversial because it is insulting to many people. I for one don't think your intentions were bad, but it seems like every other person with a larger yorkie is posting about why not to get or want a tiny. The only answer as to higher demand for one size or another is just preferences. No real answer. Just like how everyone picks the breed they want. When you pick a particular breed and pay lots of money for it (though I don't believe in overcharging because it's tiny), you expect it to be within the standard. Its true the little ones sometimes need more care but if you have the time and love to give, why not?
