I had all four of mine pulled at the same time. I was experiencing bad breath, jaws aching...but there was one that wasn't quite all the way through yet. I used that Chloriseptic spray for sore throats, because it did help numb the inside of my chaw, once it came through, I went to a dentist that put me under and pulled all four. I never had any swelling, pain or anything problems at all.
I told a friend about this dentist so she went and had all her wisdom teeth pulled and swelled up like a chipmunk.
