i highly recommend she-laq. it's a serum that u actually apply over your eyeliner, and let me tell you.. it works wonders! i live in the most humid state and eyeliner will melt off my eyes as soon as i step out the door but now that i've discovered she-laq, it stays on perfect throughout the whole day! not one smudge or smear! i'm the type that doesnt recommend much products but that is one that i tell all my friends to get. it's really worth it! the only bad thing about it is that you have to wait for it to dry until u can blink or it'll smear. but as soon as it's dry (which takes like 30 seconds) it wont come off! oh and you can put it over your mascara and eyebrows too. it comes with different brushes to use. hope this helps! |
