Almonds are a great snack to have on hand - so are grapes. I love celery w/ organic peanut butter...yum!

I normally do not use salad dressing - but when I do, it is Newmans olive oil and vinegar. - and even then, I measure it.

I heard you can still do ranch, but just dip your fork in it and then pick up your forkful of salad - this way, you get the ranch taste, just not a plate of "ranch" salad.

Pringles has some new chips that are dried sweet potato chips - those might be good and healthy for you - I just seen the commercial.
