I've worn liquid eye liner for YEARS. The reason being that its the only thing that stays put and doesn't smear at all.

I'm looking for a change though.

Can anyone suggest a good line that STAYS, and doesn't SMUDGE under you eye??? Oh and tell me where I can buy it too
