i started weight watchers two weeks ago, and doing great on the program.
i sit at a desk all day long even though i'm a school nurse so i stress the importance of healthy snacks to the children.
of yours your average, cheese, fruits and veggies.. but to be more specific
you can do those tuna salad packs.. they come with tuna and crackers, a little salad would do, definitely if you want something small a banana is great for almost everything!
those 100 cal snack packs are great too, little sandwhiches are great too. apple sauce.. goldfish snacks? lol ..
