We have a Petsmart within driving distance so I have never had to shop online there. As a buyer on eBay, I hate to pay outrageous shipping charges, so if I think they are I just don't buy the item. As a seller, I try my best to charge only the exact shipping charges but sometimes I do have to add in a little bit to cover packing materials but always disclose this upfront.

Petedge.com is one place I do shop at. I don't have a complaint about their shipping charges. Their prices are cheaper than most anywhere else even adding in the cost to bring it to me. I look at it as the cost and convenience of bringing it to my doorstep.
