I ordered the Oxy Fresh for Mackenzie about a week ago, the one you add to the water. I noticed a difference right away in her breath. There are times when I do detect an odor from her mouth, but nothing like it was before I started using the Oxy Fresh. So I think its pretty good stuff. I do think that brushing is something that needs to be done. I consider this like a pet version of mouth wash...good for the teeth, gums and breath...but ya still need to brush
