I got my program from Walmart and it was very reasonable and inexpensive (under 20 bucks). It is called "Photo Explosion" from a company called Nova Development. Very easy to use (a lot easier than Paint Shop Pro) and, for the money, has a lot of interesting and fun things to do with photos, project design and graphics. Thanks for the compliments!!!
