The tacos were GREAT!!!! Super tasty and filling! Plus it wasn't very difficult to make. I will make these again for sure!

After I finished eating I put together the mock tuna salad for lunch.

I am looking forward to this!

We got the Excalibur Dehydrator for Christmas. I got already to make the breakfast bars but then I turned on the dehydrator and the fan was a little loud - well for now - we're stuck in the studio part of our house for the time being. When the dehydrator needs to go for 12 hours I knew we wouldn't want to sleep with it on.

Thanks Kathryn for all the great reviews about this! I know I'm really looking forward to this new healthy lifestyle!

If your asking about "The Box" Its $100.00 But thats just a prepared selection of raw foods from the renowned Raw Chef Matt Amsden.

Being a Raw Foodist is not something you need to order in a Box. You can walk into any produce department and pick up a fruit or veggie and be well on your way! All it takes is a desire to live a healthier lifestyle. And a little support from people who can help along the way! I had people reccomend books and suggest tools and tips to help me out....

I'm getting the Excalibur Food Dehydrator for my birthday on the 15th!!!!!! I asked my family to all pitch in together so I could get it!!!!! And sure enough! My aunt is putting it all together and making it happen!!! I'm so excited! Its the very last tool on my WISH LIST!!!! And now my Raw Kitchen will be complete!!!

If your curious about the type of foods you can make... I'd totally try "the box" it will BLOW YOUR MIND!!!! You won't believe your eating uncooked food! But be careful.... You just might get hooked!

I just finished my salad... I am stuffed to the gills! The ginger is so invigorating! I feel like I could fly! I love that dressing!!! If you ever want a seriously Ta-Dow dressing!!! Try this!!!

Only five ingredients

1/4 fresh lemon juice
1/4 Nama Shoyu (Raw Soy Sauce, you can use regular soy)
8 cloves of garlic pealed (I suggest you cut it to 4 or 5 and add to taste if needed)
one 3 inch piece of ginger, peeled good
1 1/4 cups olive oil

In a high speed blender, combine the lemon juice, Nama Shoyu, garlic, and ginger. While the blender is still running, add the olive oil slowly in a stream until the dressing thickens and emulsifies (you may not use the full 1 1/4 cups of oil. I normally only use about 1 cup, give or take).

Its an awesome dressing but it packs a punch! its very strong and not for the creamy ranch lovers... its very BOLD and very Spicy! If you like ginger and garlic... you'll LOVE it!!!
