Without seeing a pic it would be hard to say what might be causing her ears to fall. During her recent hospital stay was she on meds that would have made her groggy? I know of a situation with a yorkie that had a tooth extraction and one of her ears stayed down after surgery. The hair was too long anyway, and her grogginess allowed the ear to relax and not go back up. After she was groomed and taped for a few days her ear stayed up fine. Hope the grooming helps.
