There are a few downsides but not many to rural vets. I sometimes have to suggest tests or treatments if they dont seem to suggest the things I have heard. SOmetimes they have and have opinioms but usually they try their cheaper way then if that doesnt work he then tries my usggestion that sometimes work, sometimes not
