Well don't feel bad b/c Reagan isn't completely housebroke yet either, she's almost 8 months. Really I think she's housebroke I just don't think I am. Most the times that she goes inside I believe I forgot to let her out or something along those lines. She knows she's supposed to go outside she just doesn't tell me that she has to go. So I've now started working with her on that. She knows how to speak and everytime I take her out I tell her to sit (right by the door) then get to to bark. I did this with my bloodhound when she was inside and eventually she started barking to let her out. Maybe yours just isn't telling you she needs out (like so many other pups on here that I'm jealous of) and maybe you can try working on that also. Don't give up I'm sure she'll get it soon.
