My advice is to give her the opportunity to go every hour, when she isn't crated. Either outside, or on pee pad. If she doesn't go, wait 10 mins and try again, until she goes. Eventually she'll get so used to going where you want her to, she won't go elsewhere. And she won't have so many accidents, because she won't be holding it in very long. I did this with mine until they were about 18 mos. old and now they are fully trained.

Some pups take longer than others to train. Good Luck!
