Isn't it amazing how tolerant the older ones are? We have a 12 y/o mix, "Mozart" (maltese/shih-tzu/silky), who will let Abigail do ANYthing to him. I used to 'save' him from the evil Yorkie pup, because she would jump jump jump in his face. When she was a 2 - 3 lb pup, she'd grab hold of his tail and let him drag her. lol I'm sure he thought he'd been infested with 'Yorkies'.

All it would take is one little nip from him, and she'd be put in her place, but I guess he knows her place is: Alpha female! She's settled down a bit, but when she wants to play, there's no stopping her. Just last evening, she was running him ragged just before bedtime. *jump* *poke* "I wanna play - I wanna PLAAAYYY!" We do have to let them find their own social order. When Mo just can't take it anymore, he'll hide from her.
