Good! They are already acquainted with a lab and it's size! Your situation will probably be a little different with a lab puppy and all that energy. Keena [Toto's friend] is an old girl and kinda watches over her. Our friends' yard is huge and the only place on earth that Toto gets to play with no leash. Keena is always by her just watching over her like a mother hen ... it's so cute. If Toto steps one paw off the lawn, Keena gets my attention with a look that says "she's outside her safety zone"!! I think all of you will enjoy your lab!
