My boy has not gotten used to the car or carseat and ALWAYS throws up. I would be afraid to have her ride on your lap for such a long time.........it's just not safe.

Have you tried talking to your vet. He/She can prescribe Meclizine Hydrochloride and it works wonders as an antiemetic.
