That is the way my two younger ones were, Bell would play and they would just look at her.. Now my middle one (Lilly) still doesn't play, but my youngest one (Petey)loves to play and this just started and he is 18 months old now.. He just started to take toys and growl at them shake them up a bit and throw.. Its the funniest thing.. So give Riley a chance, he might grow into it!!
