Why??? Because Mojo use to have a beautiful (um, er, handsome) long coat and we did the puppy coat - whew! It has been a "B" getting it to look good growing back out! I have regretted that puppy cut and have had a time getting him to look good while growing it out.

IN FACT: I just posted pictures of him just today - I think it is finally starting to look good!

Letting it grow back out, it looks big and make him look bulky and it sticks out, etc. Aurgh!

BBBBUUUUUTTTTT.......it is totally up to you! You do what you need to.

I liked the puppy cut because Mojo is very outdoorsy (as we are), but he always did fine w/ longer hair too.
