Abbie likes just about anything; but, our 12y/o mix, Mozart, never liked any kind of hard toy in his mouth - thus, the houseful of stuffed doggie toys all over the floor. I'm wondering if it's the smell. Some of them seem to emit a horrid smell for a looooooong time. We got Mo a hedgehog at a pet store the other day, and it does this grunting sound when squeezed. I guess
that's what hedgehogs sound like. LOL I never heard one, so I wouldn't know. Anyway, Abigail let him hold it for about 15 minutes before she took it from him! EVERYthing in the house is 'hers'.
