The eye goo is easier to prevent than to remove all the time. I give my girls distilled water to drink and that helps some, then they get a small sprinkle of Angels Eyes supplement on their food every night. It's just ground up freeze dried beef liver. So the girls barely have any eye goo now 
To remove it, soak it with a cotton ball dipped in nice warm water. Let it soak for a few minutes to loosen it up, then comb it out with a flea (fine toothed) comb. I have a small one that I found at Pet Supermarket that works great for that small area, it's fine on one side and less fine on the other. It has a purple and green plastic handle and says L'il pals on it  |
