I still think silk will be her adult coat...her puppy coat does not look matted..it may tangle, but does it mat in huge knots so tight you can not remove them,.only cut them out?

I did get a comb and look at the roots and it is a silvery color and very soft, it has a completly different texture than the other part. When should I have her groomed? I will eventually have to have the fuzzy cut off right? She has one more shot in about 2 weeks and then I will try to find a groomer. Thanks for all your help.
