Genie, she is super adorable..............LOVE the pic of her kissing your daughter. Your baby looks like my boy at that age. He had a little bit less hair. It turns out he is a true silky coat. His hair was like her back then..........but now it's turning quite glossy and shiny. He has a thin coat though 
When I take pics of his face...........his eyes glow green (not sure what that means as opposed to red).
Here he is at around your baby's age and now at 6 months. His coat grows ever-so-slowly but I have heard/read it's part of being a silky coat (who knows).....but hope this helps
