Well Sugar, I think you are going to have to accept that your husband will at least be upset with you and perhaps angry. Own up to what you did and ask his forgiveness. While you may not have meant to cause trouble - you broke trust with him, and now you have to deal with the consequences.
His baby is gone and he didn't even get to say goodbye. I'm afraid I'd be upset with you too.
If he is caring for you, it shows how much he cares for you. You need to show him that you are sorry and know that you have to earn his trust back. I wish you the best and hope you two mend this hurt soon.
