Not necessarily. My Gracie has had 3 litters...she's 5 1/2 lbs... litters of 4, 3, 3.
A friend's yorkie (5 lbs) has had 3 litters. Litters of 1, 2 and her most recent, 5 pups. Same friend has a girl that is 6 1/2 lbs. 2 litters...4 & 3.
Another friend's yorkie (5 lbs) has had 3 litters. Litters of 5, 3 and 4.
