 Maybe some people consider tinies to be 2 pounds and under full grown. I consider both of mine tiny and Jaden is 4 pounds and Jewelina will be about 3 1/2 to 4 pounds. They do require extra care and work but both of mine are extremely healthy, neither were runts or bred to be "small" they just happened to be that way and are not sickly in the slightest.

  i didnt mean runts as the pups born now i ment years ago when they were first bred down in size.

  now no one really knows what sizes they will have in a litter, tiny small or big can pop up.
