I don't know about all Yorkies being like that when you blow dry them but dang don't they all look alike wet! It looks like you got nmine in that sink!!
Be really careful when you are blow drying him all with the drier in one spot. try it on your arm, when the drier stays in one spot it does get really hot on that spot! My sister lives in NY and she is a groomer, one of the first things she told me is to always move the drier around UNLESS the girls are in a crate so they can move around. NEVER hold it in one spot too long. Since I don't groom mine often and when I dfo I don't dry them all the way, I really don't know first hand, just what she told me.
