i agree... you can't pay attention to him when he cries.. just ignore him.. when is he being quite then you can talk to him or look at him when you pass by.. otherwise you are just reinforcing that he is crying.. and when you put in him and take him out.. dont' make a big deal about it.. it is just something that happens and he will get used to it.. put toys in there that he donesn't normally get so he will be excited to go play with them!
