I have had Alltel since 1995... YES, back when I cellphone weighed 5 lbs.. LOL
I have never had a problem with them and anytime something has shown up on my bill that I didnt know about, the would clear it and work with me. I have 4 phones and a million minutes and the circle is GREAT!
I really must say I really like Alltel
