Rockys Mama,
You are either feeling better or worse...better that you are not alone and we have all accidently done the same thing...or worse that all of these precious little Yorkies get stepped on quite a bit (LOL). I would want to be certain that a "growth plate" wasn't affected. However, none of us take the pup to the vet every time we step on them or accedently scoot them across the floor a little. My Tiah accidently got her tinly little foot stepped on my my Rotty when she was only 9 weeks old. She continued to hold it up so I took her to the vet and they put a little splint on her. I know someone else though whose puppy got stepped on and her leg continues to "go out" even as an adult. She can just gently manuever the leg back in place and the dog is fine. Anyway, use your "best judgment" .... you'll be needing a lot of it with a new Yorkie puppy...and welcome to the crowd!!!!
