No offense, but I REALLY hope this is a troll post and not a true story. With that being said....
Everyone is correct in saying that this is abuse. And of course this pup is not active, he's too weak!!! He needs food!!! Would she underfeed her baby to keep him smaller and stunt his growth from malnutrition? I really hope not!!
I have to stop now b/c I'm getting too annoyed. But, if this is true, I really hope you intervene...heck, take the dog away and keep him for yourself!!!
Better yet, give us her email so we can talk some sense into her.
