What an absolutely heinous and cruel thing your sister is doing
Continuing on the path she is on, she will have a dead puppy on her hands in no time. It makes me so sad that someone would choose to own a puppy simply as an accessory instead of treating it as the wonderful living creature that it is. Clearly she cannot actually care for the puppy if she is slowly starving it to death. That is absolute abuse. I have a 14lb yorkie, a 7lb yorkie, a 5.5 yorkie and a 4lb yorkie. All of mine are fed the same amount of food and type. Starving her dog WILL NOT keep it small, it will kill it.
