First, keep her confined to a small area with pads all over the floor so she is forced to go on them. Once she gets used to the feel of the pads, you can start decreasing the number of pads. When Gracie was training, I kept a very used pad under or part way under the new so that she would have the scent and that taught her where to go. In time, she just started going in the same spot, and we are now down to one pad. Good luck.
