How much baking and use will you be getting from it? Is it something you plan to use a lot? I know that Jack is getting all the nutrition by use of the Vita Mix daily that he wasn't getting before, and consuming more much needed veggies and fruits. not to go off topic but I LOVE MY FOOD PROCESSOR too! I have the cuisinart 14 cup. It has a wide mouth so I don't have to chop things before putting them in. I use it for EVERYTHING
