How much baking and use will you be getting from it? Is it something you plan to use a lot? I have one and it is the large one but I don't use it near as much as I thought I would, The one thing I won't be without and absolutely love is my Kitchen Aid 11 cup Ultra Power and ( Professional model KFPM650 ) Food Processor , it gets endless use, if I had to only have the use of two electrical helpers in my kichen it would be this and the new Vita Mix that we just got this past summer, I use our Vita Mixer every day and don't think I could do without it. I know that Jack is getting all the nutrition by use of the Vita Mix daily that he wasn't getting before, and consuming more much needed veggies and fruits. Good luck on your choice Kichen Aid is a fine product to me.
