That is just disgusting and abusive. If she keeps this up, the puppy will die of starvation, if not hypoglycemia. If she really wants something so small, please ask her to buy a guenia pig or a rabbit, those can be trained too. Please for the the sake of the pup, talk to your sister and tell her that if she starves the pup, it will DIE. I really can't believe how grown people are still so irresponsible, it makes me sick to my stomach.
